Maltese online casino brand Casumo has expanded its iGaming portfolio with the debut of its “first pure Pay n Play product” in Kazoom Casino.
Kazoom Casino, which is powered by fellow Malta-based iGaming firm Gaming Innovation Group (GiG), joins a group of existing brands including Casumo, Dunder and the recently-acquired CasinoSecret.
This deal deepens the Casumo's relationship with GiG after the two signed a long-term agreement on Mill of Magic – a new subsidiary brand expected to go live later this year.
‘Distinctive and dynamic'
Kazoomcasino.com has over 1,900 games, including a live casino, and boasts a seamless, straight-forward and fast experience for players. Through a partnership and integration with Trustly, the casino has also been designed to offer no-registration and quick withdrawals.
“To differentiate in a crowded space, we put our focus on building a distinctive and dynamic brand that brings a new energy to the market and stands out from the rest, something we do best,” said Shelly Suter-Hadad, chief executive officer of Casumo.
“Kazoom Casino is an exciting building block in our group’s expansion, bringing to fruition yet another component of our multi-brand strategy.”
CasinoSecret ‘thriving partnership'
This comes as Casumo strengthened its portfolio after announcing its first acquisition agreement in a deal to purchase online casino operator CasinoSecret last month.
That move followed an initial purchase of a 40 per cent stake in the brand by Casumo at the end of 2019, and is said to complement “the development of a thriving partnership between the two companies”.
Casumo states that the move is a representation of its ongoing growth strategy. This is market-driven growth of existing brands, building new brands and products, and acquisitions.
